This Privacy Policy explains how Rental Point, operated by CSE-CARRIER SOLUTIONS EXPRESS LLC (“Rental Point,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when customers use our websites, online booking platform, rental services, customer support channels, or related services.
This policy applies to Rental Point services, including:

communications related to reservations, payments, verification, vehicle pickup, return, claims, and customer support
By using Rental Point services or submitting information through our platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on the services you use, we may collect the following categories of information.
Personal and Contact Information
This may include:
Full name
Email address
Telephone number
Residential or mailing address
Date of birth
Emergency or additional contact information
Information provided through customer communications
Driver and Identity Verification Information
To verify identity and rental eligibility, we may collect:
Driver’s license number
Driver’s license issuing jurisdiction
Driver’s license expiration date
Images of the front and back of a driver’s license
A current selfie or identity photograph
Proof of current residential or mailing address
Other documents reasonably necessary to verify identity or rental eligibility
Customers should not send payment card numbers, passwords, security codes, or other unnecessary confidential information through chat or ordinary email.
Insurance Information
When a renter elects to use personal insurance or when insurance verification is otherwise required, we may collect:
Insurance company name
Policy information
Coverage information
Insurance documentation
Verification information provided by the customer or an authorized insurance-verification provider
Reservation and Vehicle Information

Vehicle reserved or rented

Payment and Transaction Information
Rental Point uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process electronic payments.
Full payment card numbers are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Rental Point’s booking platform.
Rental Point may retain transaction-related information such as:
Payment status
Transaction identifiers
Amount paid
Refund information
Security deposit information
Authorization or payment status
Chargeback or dispute information
Technical Information
When you use our websites or booking platform, certain technical information may be automatically generated or collected, including:
IP address
Browser and device information

Information necessary to maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and operate the platform
The Rental Point booking application does not currently use third-party advertising trackers for behavioral advertising.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Rental Point may use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

Verify customer identity
Verify driver eligibility
Verify insurance information
Process payments and refunds
Process security deposits
Prepare rental agreements and electronic signatures
Communicate with renters about reservations
Manage pickup and return procedures
Conduct vehicle inspections

Process extensions or reservation changes
Respond to customer questions and support requests
Investigate accidents, damage, claims, disputes, fraud, or misuse
Protect Rental Point vehicles, customers, staff, and business operations

Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, insurance, and law-enforcement requirements
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Improve the reliability and operation of our services
We do not collect personal information simply for resale to third parties.
3. DRIVER’S LICENSES AND IDENTITY DOCUMENTS
Rental Point collects driver’s license and identity documentation because vehicle rental requires verification of the renter’s identity and eligibility.
Access to these documents should be limited to Rental Point personnel and service providers who reasonably require access for rental operations, identity verification, insurance, claims, disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system administration.
Identity documents are not intended for advertising purposes.
4. RETENTION OF IDENTITY DOCUMENTS
Rental Point’s operational policy is to retain driver’s license images, selfies, proof-of-address documents, and similar identity-verification documents only for as long as reasonably necessary for the rental and related business purposes.
Unless a longer period is necessary because of an accident, insurance claim, payment dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud, legal hold, regulatory requirement, litigation, or other legitimate legal or business need, Rental Point’s target retention period for identity-verification documents is:
the duration of the rental plus up to 90 days after the rental is closed.
When continued retention is no longer reasonably necessary, identity-verification documents should be deleted or otherwise removed from active operational systems in accordance with Rental Point procedures.
Reservation records, rental agreements, transaction records, accounting information, claims records, and other business records may be retained for longer periods when reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, legal, insurance, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
If information is subject to a legal hold or active dispute, deletion may be delayed until the matter is resolved.
5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Electronic payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Rental Point does not intend to directly store complete customer payment card numbers through its booking application.
Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies, terms, and security practices.
Rental Point may receive and retain limited payment-related information necessary to identify transactions, confirm payment status, issue refunds, manage security deposits, and handle disputes.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Rental Point may use service providers to operate portions of its business.
These may include providers such as:
Stripe for payment processing
Google Maps or related Google services for location and address functionality
Bonzah or other insurance-related providers when selected or used by the customer
Email, SMS, hosting, infrastructure, document-storage, and communications providers
Professional advisers, insurers, claims administrators, accountants, attorneys, or technology providers when reasonably necessary
Service providers may receive information only when reasonably necessary to perform services on Rental Point’s behalf or at the customer’s request.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. INSURANCE AND CLAIMS
When an accident, vehicle damage, insurance claim, payment dispute, or other incident occurs, Rental Point may use and disclose relevant customer, reservation, vehicle, payment, identity, insurance, inspection, photograph, and communication records as reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the matter.
Information may be shared with insurers, claims administrators, payment processors, law enforcement, attorneys, vehicle owners, repair facilities, or other appropriate parties when reasonably necessary for the claim or legal process.
8. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Rental Point may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary:
To provide the rental service
To process payments
To verify identity or insurance
To investigate damage, accidents, fraud, or disputes
To enforce rental agreements or company policies
To protect Rental Point property or vehicles
To comply with court orders, subpoenas, law-enforcement requests, or other legal obligations
To protect the safety or legal rights of Rental Point, customers, employees, or others
To professional advisers or service providers performing legitimate services for Rental Point
Rental Point does not intend to disclose customer identity documents publicly.
9. SECURITY
Rental Point uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Our online services use encrypted HTTPS connections when transmitting information between the user’s browser and the Rental Point platform.
Sensitive booking and document-related responses are configured to avoid unnecessary caching where supported by the application.
Payment card processing is delegated to specialized payment providers rather than being handled directly by Rental Point’s booking platform.
No online platform, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can guarantee absolute security. Customers should therefore avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email, text message, or chat.
If Rental Point becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will evaluate the incident and take reasonable action consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.
10. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND DOCUMENT UPLOADS
Rental Point may request consent to:
Use electronic signatures
Receive rental agreements electronically
Upload driver’s licenses
Upload insurance documents
Upload proof of address
Submit vehicle or identity photographs
Information submitted for these purposes may be associated with the customer’s reservation and maintained as part of the rental record.
11. CUSTOMER PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
These rights may include the right to:
Request confirmation that Rental Point maintains personal information about you
Request access to certain personal information
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of certain information
Request a copy of information maintained about you
Request information about how your information is used
Withdraw certain consent where applicable
Exercise other rights granted by applicable privacy law
Some requests may be denied or limited when Rental Point must retain information for:
An active rental
An insurance claim
A payment dispute or chargeback
Fraud prevention
Legal compliance
Tax or accounting requirements
Contract enforcement

Rental Point may verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request in order to prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion of customer information.
Rental Point will not discriminate against a customer solely because the customer submitted a legitimate privacy request.

Please include enough information for Rental Point to identify your account or reservation.
For security purposes, we may request additional information to confirm the identity of the person making the request.
Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, or security codes in a privacy request.
13. CHILDREN
Rental Point vehicle rental services are not intended for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of renting vehicles to them.
14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Rental Point services may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Rental Point is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, content, or policies of independent third parties.
Customers should review the privacy policies of any third-party service they choose to use.
15. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If Rental Point or CSE-CARRIER SOLUTIONS EXPRESS LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of its business, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction where legally permitted.
Any successor receiving personal information would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.
16. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Rental Point may retain or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requirements, insurance requirements, court orders, or lawful governmental requests.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit rights granted to a consumer by applicable law.
17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Rental Point may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as its services, technology, legal obligations, or business practices change.
The current version will display an updated “Last Revised” date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the booking platform or other appropriate communication methods.
The version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of a transaction or reservation may be retained with the related business records.
